Dr. Mikhaila Riska D.C. is a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate who has a passion for health and wellness. She is founder and owner of both Fox Valley Functional Medicine and 920 Wellness Studio. Dr. Mikhaila has over 8 years in experience with health and wellness.
She brings this experience and training in functional medicine to inspire and help her patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
When she is not treating patients, Dr. Mikhaila enjoys spending time with her husband & three children. They find peace up at their lake home and attending their local church.
Mandi Bonack
Office Manager
Mandi is the Office Manager at Fox Valley Functional Medicine (FVFM) and helps keep our practice running smoothly behind the scenes. She is often one of the first friendly faces our patients connect with and is here to help with scheduling, paperwork, resources, and questions throughout your FVFM journey.
Mandi has a heart for serving others and is passionate about creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. She works closely with Dr. Mikhaila to make sure patients feel cared for, informed, and supported from their very first interaction with FVFM.
